Schemata Workshop is currently working with local organizations to develop a concept for a new, mixed-use building in the heart of Capitol Hill that provides space for performances, restaurants, clubs, and a variety of gathering spaces. The building will engage the public streetscape with a civic presence and provide an arts destination for Seattle.
