Schemata Workshop is providing architectural services to a coalition of South King County Social Service Agencies operating under the name of The Alliance Center. The existing 22,000sf building will be renovated to improve office layouts, acoustic separation, interior circulation and exterior appearance, replacing the exterior stairs with identifiable stair towers that clearly announce the building entries to clients and visitors.
