Schemata Workshop developed a conceptual design for a French-inspired bistro, spa and retail space in a historic Pioneer Square building. While occupying two separate bays, the bistro would provide interior access to the retail space. Likewise, this access would facilitate food and beverage service in the lounge area of the spa.
