Waste Management
Seattle, Washington
This project includes renovations to accommodate expansion of Waste
Management of Seattle collection fleet hauling operations and maintenance
center. The scope of work includes construction of a compressed natural
gas fueling facility, expansion of existing vehicle maintenance buildings,
and renovations to an existing office building.
For the design of the vehicle maintenance building, Schemata Workshop
worked with the Integrated Design Lab to evaluate many design options of
exterior window and skylight placement to optimize daylight and minimize
energy usage.
