Our firm takes its name from the singular 'schema'
or framework. The 'schematic' design phase of a
project follows 'conceptual' and is the time at which
the big idea becomes grounded in reality. We are a full-service architectural practice that recognizes a carefully considered
schematic design allows us to address issues
critical to our clients - scope, schedule and budget -
early in the development of the design.
Our design aesthetic reflects simplicity,
elegance and material integrity, and is informed
by our clients, the surrounding context and existing
conditions.
