Our firm takes its name from the singular 'schema'
or framework. The 'schematic' design phase of a
project follows 'conceptual' and is the time at which
the big idea becomes grounded in reality. Emphasis on
schematic design allows us to address issues
critical to our clients - scope, schedule and budget -
early in the development of the design.
Our design aesthetic reflects simplicity,
elegance and material integrity, and is informed
by our clients, the surrounding context and existing
conditions.
Our mission at Schemata Workshop is to closely collaborate with clients,
consultants, and contractors to achieve a collective
vision for people and the planet.
