Schemata Workshop has completed Early Design Guidance and is currently preparing a Master Use Permit submittal for the design of a new mixed-use building in Seattle's Greenwood neighborhood. The building features studio and one-bedroom apartment units over a street-level commercial space. The design is inspired by a study of the color and scale of nearby neighborhood buildings along the Greenwood-Phinney urban village corridor. The design has been very well-received by local community leaders and the Design Review Board.
