Schemata Workshop is currently working on this 26-unit affordable apartment building renovation. The scope-of-work includes new office and community room additions, replacement of exterior siding and windows, new interior finishes, replacement of plumbing fixtures, electrical lighting, cabinets and appliances.

The renovation involves many sustainable features as required by the Evergreen Sustainable Development Standard. We have been working closely with the General Contractor to make sure the green building designs are carried through construction. Construction will begin in the fall of 2009.
