Developed by the Low Income Housing Institute (LIHI), this 60,000 sf, 6-floor mixed-use building provides 76 units of housing for homeless veterans. Social and mental health care services are constantly available on the second floor. Ground floor commercial space and parking will provide a home for the Lake City Foodbank, North Helpline, and Rotocare Health Clinic. The building massing integrates into the existing neighborhood context while increasing the density of the neighborhood plan.
