This current project proposes 160-200 new residential units accommodated in a five story building over two levels of parking in an existing parking lot, and a narrow building along the south side of the adjacent 130 unit residential structure. This project will increase density at Northgate by providing affordably priced market rate residential units that reduce reliance on automobiles and encourage the use of the nearby transit facilities.
