This project involves twenty-one new townhouse units in Rainier Beach in South Seattle. The site’s proximity to a future lightrail station provides ample opportunity for a pedestrian-oriented design that includes a common courtyard with a children’s play area and outdoor seating. Green strategies include vertical green walls, native vegetation, a rain garden, and abundant natural daylight.
