Little Saigon Feasibility Study

Schemata Workshop is working with Inter*Im and Historic Seattle to produce a feasibility study
for the development of a mixed-used site in the Little Saigon neighborhood of the International District.
The study involves 3 schemes with varying levels of residential density; a comparison of wood, concrete,
and steel construction on a 3 parcel site. The client was presented these options with a detailed
cost estimate to help them to make an informed decision with how to develop the site. Schemata
will participate in stakeholder meetings.
