Schemata Workshop and Makers Architecture + Urban Design were selected by the Capitol Hill Chamber of Commerce to provide urban design and development guidelines for transit oriented development along Broadway in the next decade. The work will focus on prioritizing community desires for arts, affordable housing, and community meeting spaces while creating a vibrant pedestrian oriented retail district. Key stakeholders in the project include the City of Seattle and Sound Transit.
