Schemata Workshop was hired by a national development company to produce a density study for a mixed use project along the Hood River waterfront. The proposed uses included a boutique hotel, condominiums, restaurant, marina and harbormaster’s office. The three preliminary massing options balanced the parking requirements with the maximum number of hotel and residential units.
