Schemata Workshop was a member of a multi-disciplinary team that provided consulting services in an effort to implement a comprehensive project delivery system within the County. The Project Management Plan (PMP) produced a single volume of material to be used as a prototypical process by Pierce County project managers to produce successful, high-quality, repeatable results on all building construction projects within the County. The PMP was developed during the design phases of a $34M Central Maintenance Facility and assists project managers by providing tools and processes to manage scope, schedule and budget.
