For the renovation and improvements required at Van Asselt Elementary, Schemata Workshop has extensive knowledge and experience with roof and exterior restoration and envelope design and construction in general and has existing consulting relationships established with weatherproofing consultants. The design team has extensive experience with interior upgrades through a number of complex tenant-improvement projects on a wide variety of building construction types and scale.
