Schemata Workshop has been selected to provide architectural services to Franklin H.S. The design team will draw on extensive experience with interior upgrades through a number of complex tenant-improvement projects on a wide variety of building construction types and scale. The mechanical consultant will be an integral team member as we work with the District PM to review the Detailed Assessment Report and prioritize initial items for budget planning and prioritization. We have experience working with the Facilities Services division on both new and old SPS schools and have an understanding of how best to coordinate design and construction work with this group.
