Schemata Workshop provided architectural services for renovations to McGilvra Elementary. The scope of work included exterior masonry restoration, seismic upgrades, window and door refurbishment, and electrical and plumbing upgrades. This project required knowledge of working with historic buildings and understanding how to deal with unexpected situations that occur in renovations. Work was completed in Fall of 2007.
