Capitol Hill Remodel
Seattle, Washington

A renovation to a 1923 Capitol Hill bungalow to de-craftsman it; scope included two new bathrooms, a new entry stair, new flooring throughout, and window replacement. A seismic upgrade was performed, as well as replacing all existing plumbing and electrical. Special attention was given to making the most dramatic changes possible, while working within the existing framing and mechanical plumbing locations. The renovation is characterized by restrained formal moves; instead emphasizing refined architectural details and quality materials and hardware
