Addition and renovation to an existing 700sf residence near Lake City for a long-time client and builder. We worked closely with the owner, along with a realtor and appraiser to focus the design effort toward a renovation that would prove to be a successful, short-term investment opportunity. The design maximizes the narrow, 30' wide lot by placing the entry walk to the south side of the existing footprint and building out to the 5' minimum setback. The design expands a post-war era house into a highly marketable 3 bedroom home.
