This renovation project involves a 2 story addition to accommodate a kitchen & office and extensive renovations to the
existing interior. The primary design objective is to connect the house to Lake Sammamish below.
The landscape will incorporate a series of terraces and stairs leading to the
water's edge while the structure extends toward the lake and steps down to
mimic the sloping terrain.
