about the workshop
Schemata Workshop is a collaborative of highly talented and creative individuals – we acknowledge that the sum is greater than its parts – and together, we strive to produce exceptional architecture that is memorable and authentic. Mike Mariano and Grace Kim are the two founding principals – both are registered architects and bring a strong history of mentorship and leadership to the practice. Peggy Heim, Sam Schafer, and Irina Wong are keen designers who keep Mike and Grace in line and help produce the copious swaths of stunning work that leave our studio. We think that architecture is exciting, and this is reflected in our studio environment.
