Schemata Workshop

Peggy Heim holds a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture degree from the University of Minnesota. Her interests in Architecture are focused on creating sustainable cities through providing affordable housing, transit oriented development, and long lasting buildings that focus on green design. Peggy has been with Schemata Workshop for over five years. During this time she has worked on a variety of project types with a focus on multi-family housing and community buildings. As a designer, she has experience with all phases of project design including programming, schematic design, construction documents and construction administration. She effectively utilizes building information modeling tools and understands the reality of construction.
